Airport Transfer

You may take a taxi from the Beijing Capital Airport Taxi Station for less than USD20 to most of the Congress hotels. Taxis are metered. To avoid confusion and over-charge, it is suggested to ask for receipt (pronounced as "FaPiao" in Chinese) from taxi driver.

Invitation Letter / Visa

You are required to have a valid visa for entry into the People's Republic of China. Please check with your local Chinese embassy or consulate to obtain the necessary documents. On request, the Organizing Committee of CHC congress will send an invitation for visa application. Such an invitation does not imply any financial commitment. Please note that visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the consular officer. Visa invitation is sent to only those who have made payments to attend the congress. To request an invitation, please follow steps providing information, such as passport number, citizenship and profession.

The Congress organizers shall not be held responsible for any expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel costs, accommodation expenses, or registration fees, in case of program changes or cancellation.

In the event that China Heart Congress 2025 is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control - including but not limited to natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes), civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, or other force majeure events - participants expressly waive all claims for damages or compensation against the organizers.

Credit Cards and Currency

Major credit cards like Master, Visa and American Express are acceptable in most big shopping centers and hotels. Major foreign currencies can be exchanged to RMB at banks, hotels, or authorized exchange counters. American dollars can be changed into Chinese currency (RMB yuan) at a rate of about USD 1 to RMB 7.2 as of May 2025, but the exchange rate is subject to change. Rates fluctuate daily; check with the Bank of China for real-time quotes.

Climate & Attire

September in Beijing is pleasantly warm, with average temperatures of 26-28°C (79-82°F).
