CHINESE CIRCULATION JOURNAL Co. Ltd was founded in March 1986. It is a cardiovascular disease academic journal under the supervision of the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China and is sponsored by the National Center for Cardiovascular Diseases.

The Beijing Kaiqi Cardiovascular Foundation was approved by the Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau on May 30, 2016. With the aim of "promoting the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases and the development of cardiovascular disease-related public welfare undertakings", it provides funding for the publicity and training of cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment, supports cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment-related public welfare activities, and facilitates domestic and international academic exchanges related to cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment.
